Supporting Young People’s Mental Health with Jigsaw

Kells people’s Resource Centre would like to extend a massive thank you to Jigsaw Meath, and in particular Damien Coyle, who held a successful workshop based around supporting the mental health of young people in our lives. The workshop touched on the many things we can do to support young people such as being that ‘one Good Adult’ in their lives, someone they can come and talk to and how to recognize signs of poor mental health and also make point out the support services that are available in the area for young people. All together, a very successful workshop!

Damien also had a great time meeting our very own mascot, Cara!
